As Director of Englewood RISE, Courtney leads the coordination and organization of Englewood RISE’s initiatives, providing leadership to Board Members and acts as a liaison for the organization. Courtney is the founder of the Englewood Market held March-October on the 2nd Thursday of the month. She is also a member of Englewood City Council.

As Treasurer, Cortney manages the organization’s finances ans supports fundraising activities both during and outside of Englewood RISE’s events. She is CEO and co-owner of the Legacy Sports Complex (coming soon to Englewood.)

As Secretary, Alyssa ensures effective internal communication by organizing meetings, documenting decisions, and tracking follow-up actions. She is also the co-owner of Englewood Cinema and Yarnies and Swag.

As Inventory Manager, Quentin manages the physical tools, equipment, and locations supporting Englewood RISE. He is also the co-owner of local family owned business Wagoner Power Equipment. Wagoner’s has generously donated their business property to allow RISE to host these amazing community friendly events countless times over the last few years.

As Lead Event Coordinator, Melissa is responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and execution of all Englewood RISE events, including the 4th of July Bash, Holiday Trail, and Homecoming Rally. She is a local realtor in the Dayton area, and handles commercial, residential, and investment properties.

As Social Media Manager, Josh oversees Englewood RISE’s social media presence, building community engagement and public awareness. He is also owner of Sower’s Lawn Maintenance.

As Technology Coordinator, Ryan manages the digital tools and systems used by Englewood RISE. He is a US Army veteran, and is also a co-owner of the Legacy Sports Complex (coming soon to Englewood.)

As Grant Writer, James supports the financial sustainability of Englewood RISE by researching, writing, and submitting grant applications to foundations, government agencies, and other potential funders. James is also a co-owner of the Legacy Sports Complex (coming soon to Englewood.)
